Description
Taulman Tech-G – 1.75mm Filament – 1 kg
Tech-G was specifically designed to address two specific problems with PLA and ABS filaments. In case of PLA, it was brittle nature which severely limited functional testing and ABS was limited in its tensile strength. Hence, Taulman launched a new high-strength PETG which had much higher tensile strength than ABS and more elongation than a typical PLA filament.
It comes in natural color and is widely used in designing jewelry. It is available in 1.75mm, and 2.85mm diameters and the spool weighs 1kg.
It is FDA approved for both food and drink contact and is soluble in Tetrahydrofuran like most of our printing filaments available on this website.
