This material builds on our decade of success supplying various nylons to the aerospace, automotive, defense, energy, health care and entertainment industries, providing our customers with a completely unique carbon fiber nylon for 3d printing.
In addition to the custom formulation developed by taulman3D, every roll of Carbon Fiber Alloy Nylon is manufactured in the United States. Many of the offerings currently available to 3d printing users come from overseas, meaning that consistency and supply chains are less certain from month to month. By manufacturing every roll of Carbon Fiber Alloy Nylon in the US, we control all inputs and processes closely to ensure our customers receive the same material every time they order.
Creating new materials for additive manufacturing is a core tenant of taulman3D and we have worked with our existing customers to develop this unique carbon fiber nylon material: Carbon Fiber Alloy Nylon.

One of the problems with existing carbon fiber nylon filaments and resins is they’re mostly the same. They use cheap base nylons with standard carbon fiber fill percentages. taulman3D set out to change this by combining a specialized nylon designed for AM with a custom carbon fiber mix that improves print consistency.
